I can not access control panel, user accounts, etc. on my computer, help?
I had horses Trojan and spyware infecting my computer. I got rid of them, eventually using a couple of programs against different viruses (AVG and Norton) One of the infections appears to have blocked access to the control panel and other parts of my computer. A pop-up says access denied and to contact the system administrator, I am the system administrator, but I can not it.How Access Can I bypass that?
I had the same pbm. Even after removing the viruses using avast i could not access control panel. For this u need to fix download patch as taskmanager, control panel fix etc. .. Their size is quite small and usually take a long time to download. I found some in softpedia.com hope ur able to fix it
